Trade fair highlight 17. October 2025

Forming into one. Wöhrle and Oskar Rüegg become Woregg.

Karl Wöhrle and Johann Rüegg founded their companies over 100 years ago,
establishing two excellent metalworking companies in southern Germany and Switzerland.
In 2025, these two traditional companies will merge to form the international Woregg Group.

As reliable partners in manufacturing and development, they are combining their strengths to achieve a common goal: precision stamped parts and assemblies of the highest standard.
But how exactly do you find the perfect form for a company and its products?

COO Gregor Häny: "Since our merger at the end of 2023, we have been gradually bringing all areas of the company together. Thanks to our excellent employees, this has created an international specialist for sophisticated stamped parts and assemblies, with locations not only in Germany and Switzerland, but also in Slovakia, Bulgaria and Mexico."

CEO Michael Fahrenbach: "We trust each other and think ahead together. Sophisticated stamped and bent parts, complex assemblies and expertise as a product and process development partner – that's what we're known for."

Customers are increasingly entrusting us with holistic supply chain mandates, including the relocation of entire value chains. In our role as supply chain managers, we are responsible for procurement, supplier management, manufacturing, quality management and logistics.
This enables our customers to concentrate on their core competencies. At the same time, we reduce costs and complexity – and use our shared experience to shape the solutions of tomorrow.

With the Woregg Group, we are giving this aspiration a new name and an international face.
Our sense of unity, anticipation and determination are becoming increasingly important in this regard.
